MENTORING/EDITING

Maribeth works with select students in either creative nonfiction, memoir, or fiction writing, who want the kind of detailed critique and instruction traditionally found in a university setting. Ideal for students who want the kind of one-on-one instruction found in low-residency MFA programs (which typically cost from $ 5,000 –$7,000 per semester), but who are not necessarily interested in the degree.

  • Cost includes line editing and at least two pages of typed commentary from Maribeth on up to thirty pages of prose each month

  • Writing assignments and reading list geared toward individual’s specific needs

  • Conference (by phone or in person) with Maribeth each month

Cost is $ 2000.00 per semester (September–December); (April- July).
